is a fully hardy perennial evergreen subshrub with blue flowers in mid Summer, early Autumn, early Summer, late Spring and late Summer. It grows well in direct sun, and prefers medium levels of water. The flowers are trumpet shaped arranged in a raceme inflorescence. It looks best in Summer, Autumn and Spring.Soil
